1. Fees: Fees are inclusive of training materials, all taxes, refreshments and meals as specified. We do not charge GST on our fees.
2. Terms of Payment: Following completion and return of the registration form, full payment is required typically within twenty-one (21) days from date of invoice. Please note that payment must be received prior to the training date. We reserve the right to impose late payment charges and to refuse admission if payment is not received on time. Unless otherwise stated on the booking form, payment must be made in Singapore dollars.
3. Cancellation or Substitution: Substitutions are allowed anytime one week before the event by notification in writing. Cancellations must be received in writing by mail or fax three (3) weeks before the training course for a 50% refund. Thereafter, the full training fee is chargeable. It may be necessary for reasons beyond control, to change the content and timing of the event, speaker(s) or venue. Every effort will be made to inform the participants of the change. Maximus Connections will not be held liable for any costs arising from this change. Event programme is subject to change without notice.
4. Copyright: All intellectual property rights in all materials produced or distributed by Maximus Connections in connection with our events is expressly reserved and any unauthorised duplication, publication or distribution is strictly prohibited.
